What is your cancellation policy?
Reservations may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund. Same-day reservations are non-refundable.
What time should I arrive for my reservation?
Your boat is reserved for the full time period you selected when booking. You may arrive at any point during your scheduled time slot, and you do not need to arrive exactly at the start time. However, your rental will still end at the scheduled return time regardless of when you arrive.
What is your weather policy?
If we determine that weather conditions are unsafe, you may choose to reschedule or receive a refund. However, once your boat departs, no refunds are given, regardless of weather conditions after departure.
How old do you have to be to drive a Pontoon Boat?
Drivers must be at least 18 years old for all pontoon boat rentals.
What is the passenger limit for each pontoon boat?
For everyone’s safety and in accordance with local regulations, each pontoon boat may only carry its designated passenger limit (either 8 or 12 people, depending on the boat). This count includes all passengers, regardless of age or size — yes, even infants and small children are considered passengers under local law. If your group is larger than the maximum capacity, please give us a call and we’ll be happy to help you reserve two boats so everyone can enjoy the day safely.
Do I need a boating license?
Florida law requires some riders to complete a boating safety test before operating a Pontoon. Please visit our Boating License Information & FAQ page for full details and requirements.
Can I bring my dog on the pontoon boat?
Yes! Dogs are welcome on our pontoon boats. We just ask that pets are well-behaved and kept under control for the safety and comfort of all passengers.
Can I fish from the pontoon boat?
Yes, fishing is allowed from our pontoon boats. Guests are responsible for following all local fishing regulations, including having the proper fishing license as required by law.
What is included with my Pontoon Boat rental?
Your pontoon boat rental includes a map of the area, fuel, U.S. Coast Guard–approved life jackets for all passengers, and all required safety equipment. Each boat also comes equipped with a Bluetooth radio, a retractable Bimini top for shade, and an anchor. A dock attendant will provide a brief orientation covering the local area, basic boat operation, and important safety guidelines before you depart.
Do you provide life jackets in all sizes?
